WINGS Flag Carrier Tiffany Duong and her Tela Coral co-founder Juli Berwald will present the award-winning short documentary THE REBEL REEF on Thursday, April 30th at 6:30p.m at 22 Vanderbilt. The film features an incredible story of human resilience mirrored by that of a mysteriously thriving coral reef. These “rebellious” corals defy what we know from coral science, growing and thriving off the coast of mainland Honduras in conditions that normally kill other corals. There will also be a special performance of "Music for the Ocean" by Chad Cannon -- a sneak preview for an event Tela Coral is hosting May 6th at Symphony Space.
